Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature and customisation of our products, products cannot be returned for resale to another customer.

 

Refunds & cancellations

As long as your order has not reached the printing stage yet, we will be able to cancel your order and refund you in full. However, if your order has already been printed or are at that stage in the print run, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Corrections

If you made a mistake on your order, we urge you to contact us immediately at +27 66 058 6515 or info@storybookstars.co.za. As long as your order has not reached the printing stage yet, we are still able to assist with making the needed corrections or cancellations. However, if your order has already been printed or are at that stage in the print run, we will not be able to make the corrections free of charge. In this instance, we can do a reprint with the corrections at the normal selling price of the book, excluding the delivery as you have already paid it in the initial order.

 

Incorrect or defective products

If we, Storybook Stars, made a mistake on your order, we will reprint the product(s) free of charge. No refund will be given. Mistakes on an order include spelling errors, or if the product type and personalisation selections does not match what was ordered.

Damaged products

If you received your order and it has been damaged during delivery, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to arrange a reprint of your order. We will prioritize your reprint to ensure it gets delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please contact us at info@storybookstars.co.za with a detailed description and photos of the damage. Please include as much information as possible, for example your order number and waybill number.
